Through a carefully developed discovery process, clients work with trained TES coaches—each a TES franchisee—to learn about their options as they transition toward entrepreneurship.

The Challenge

When TES was ready to update its brand and franchise development website, it had to strike a perfect balance between communicating its experience and authority while staying true to its welcoming, go-at-your-own-pace disposition. What’s more, TES needed a place online where every detail of its unique coaching franchise business model was on full, exciting display.

The Strategy

Our approach to The Entrepreneur’s Source franchise website was simple: borrow from and build on the brand we developed for their fabulous consumer website while highlighting the model and benefits of the TES franchise opportunity. Most importantly, we had to make the concept as clear as possible to everyone visiting the page, even if they’re just skimming for quick info.

TES’ franchise opportunity is also a career transition coaching opportunity—if you want to become a coach, you have to become a franchisee and vice versa. It was critical to communicate the role prospects would be taking on if they decided to franchise with TES, but without weighing the user experience down with too much technical detail and jargon.

The Results

What resulted is a beautiful, cohesive franchise development website that’s engaging, intuitive and, best of all, effective. The new website was a hit with TES leadership and a success in terms of increased website traffic and engagement, which has enabled the TES team to expand their goals and expect bigger, more ambitious numbers from their online lead generation efforts.
