When we joined forces with Neighborly to take on the task of updating and creating brand-new franchise marketing and sales collateral, they were in the midst of a sea change. While rebranding and repositioning their own company, they were overseeing the marketing and franchise development of a couple dozen of the home service industry’s biggest brands. That’s why they came to us.
With an ambitious timeline and a ton of material to create, our team divided and conquered as we deep-dove into each of the 15 brands we’d be creating collateral for. On paper, the plan for each company was relatively simple.
